Peer Leaders
Blanchard Peer Leaders

Mrs. Voutselas, Mrs. Searl and Ms. Dawson have been discussing our upcoming events with our peer leaders.  These events include our Staff Valentines' Day party in early February, the Pennies for Patients program to benefit the leukemia and lymphoma society in March, and our annual Walk for Cystic Fibrosis in May.  We have a large number of peer leaders this year, due to the positive response from the sixth graders  so our group is larger than ever!

The Blanchard Peer Leader program is composed of students who work to provide positive leadership in their school community. These students, as peer leaders, serve as positive, helpful role models for their peers in small and large group settings, take part in fund raising activities that benefit the community, and offer advice and assistance to other students who are seeking peer support for various reasons.
