Seventh grade immunuzations and physicals: All students entering 7th grade need to have physician documentation for their Td or Tdap booster (Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis) vaccine before entering seventh grade. Please send a copy of their most recent physical over the summer to ensure they will not be excluded from school in the fall. Please address the envelop to:
